Project Description：

Chengdu Armani Art Apartments is the first real estate project in China designed by Mr. Giorgio Armani. Located in the prime area of downtown Chengdu, the Armani Art Apartments are adjacent to the fashionable Jinjiang area and the city's main commercial and entertainment centers, and they face Wangjiang Tower Park, a Qing Dynasty historic building with hundreds of years of history, across the river. The project features two 220-meter super high-rise buildings, with a total of 65 floors above ground.

The Armani Art Apartments boast a sky-high temperature-controlled swimming pool at a height of 210 meters, highlighting Mr. Armani's keen sense of aesthetics alongside his signature approach that balances comfort and practicality.

The project utilizes VIAB acoustic floating floor sound insulation systems and floating floors with low-frequency vibration isolation systems for equipment rooms. Tests show that the impact sound insulation in the equipment room floor reaches 42dB, with an improvement of 36dB. This fully demonstrates the Armani brand's understanding and application of a harmonious indoor acoustic environment for luxury residences, making the project a model for high-end housing in Western China and a standout selling point for Armani’s luxury art residences.
