Project Description：

The Guangzhou Xinzhao Affordable Housing Project is located to the east of the Xin Highway near Guangzhou South Railway Station, with a construction area of 1.07 million square meters and a total investment of approximately 5.6 billion RMB. The project plans to build 58 high-rise residential buildings, along with supporting facilities such as kindergartens, community health stations, cultural rooms, senior service centers, community service centers, property management offices, neighborhood committees, fresh food markets, fitness venues for residents, and garbage collection stations. It is one of the largest affordable housing projects in Guangzhou.

The project is expected to provide nearly 5,000 public rental housing units. The construction of Xinzhao Affordable Housing is an important part of the University Town Ten-Year Improvement Plan, which implements projects to enhance living facilities. It uses 1.5mm single-sided coated polyurethane (PU) soundproof mats provided by VIAB, allowing the impact sound insulation of individual floor slabs to meet the Gold Rating for Green Building (two-star) standards, making it a model green building project in the University Town area.
