Project Description：

Haikou Meilan Airport Air Tourism City Hotel (NH Hotel) has a construction area of more than 90,000 square meters, invested and built by HNA Group, and is located in the new airport commercial complex - Haikou Air Tourism City. The airport commercial complex connected to the hotel has an innovative hub business concept in China, which perfectly combines transportation, commerce, cultural tourism facilities, and is a large-scale hub commercial complex integrating aviation experience halls, duty-free shops, catering and entertainment.

The hotel has 1030 rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar and a terrace hotel. Heilan all-day buffet restaurant covers an area of 658 square meters, the hotel gym covers an area of 252 square meters, located on the top floor, is the only gym in Haikou where you can watch the planes take off and land, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the planes taking off and landing outside the window through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows while you exercise. The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art sports equipment, so you can relax and start your next journey with energy.

The project uses the 2mm single-sided laminated polyurethane PU sound insulation mat provided by VIAB Acoustics as the floating floor insulation system on the floor of the hotel room and the vibration isolation system of the gym floor sidsfloor@ VIAB Acoustics, which has been tested to have a floor impact sound insulation of 53dB and an improvement of 25dB, which fully meets the specification requirements of 55dB for the floor ≤ of the five-star hotel required by five-star hotels, and has become a new benchmark for five-star hotel projects in Hainan Free Trade Zone.

Because the system is simple and convenient, it does not occupy the floor height and reduces the cost of the hotel (in order to meet the standard of 55dB of floor impact sound required by traditional five-star hotel≤s, the construction method of floating floor slabs is: 10mm thick sound insulation mat, 40mm thick reinforced fine stone concrete, 25mm thick mortar, marble/wood floor), but also saves the construction difficulty and construction period of the project, and contributes a small contribution to the early opening and operation of the project.
